I am a native Portuguese who always loved to travel and connect with diverse people and cultures.

 

My memories as a child included unpacking bags in new cities and traveling during the night on my mother's lap to meet my father somewhere.

 

This influenced my friends' nationalities and my academic and professional choices for multinational/multicultural environments, as well as my professional path.

 

After 20+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, along with my freelance work as a translator, I gathered solid experience in several areas of expertise, mainly medical affairs and research & clinical trials (in several therapeutic areas) and technical, engineering, aeronautics, compliance, and scientific areas (including medical devices, genetics, safety, contracts, and patient care).

 

From 2019, I transitioned to a full-time professional in translation and interpretation, starting a permanent collaboration with the Portuguese Justice Department, and having my services contracted by several companies in multiple fields, in the European and American continents.

 

I may work in partnership with other companies and colleagues and also accommodate subcontracted jobs.
